Top Film & Television Apps on Android in Peru Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of the leading film and television apps on the Android platform in Peru showcased varying trends. Here's a closer look at the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Cinépolis saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, beginning with 1K downloads at the start of July and peaking at 2.7K in mid-August. Active users increased noticeably from 9.1K in late June to a high of 12.2K in early August, before settling at 8.2K by the end of September.

For TodayTix – Theatre Tickets, downloads remained relatively stable, hovering around 300 to 400 weekly. Active users experienced a slight increase, beginning at 1.3K and closing the quarter at 1.4K.

CineStar witnessed a significant rise in downloads, starting from just 33 weekly downloads in mid-July and reaching 805 by early August, before a gradual decline to 34 by early September.

MovieTime downloads were modest, starting at 144 in early August and peaking at 378 in mid-September. The numbers fluctuated throughout the quarter, indicating varied user engagement.

Cinemark Perú experienced a robust performance with downloads increasing from 3.9K in late June to a peak of 9K in early August. Active users showed a slight decline, from 136K to 127K by the end of September, demonstrating consistent user interest despite the minor drop.
